Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Dear Clients and Potential Clients:

We know that you are facing challenging times and that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has posed additional uncertainty and hardship in your lives. Oliver Family Law remains to committed to helping you during this arduous and uncertain time while complying with local, state, and federal guidance and Executive Orders related to COVID-19 outbreak. As an essential service, we are continuing to provide our family law, and estates and trusts legal services to our clients.

The Maryland Courts currently closed to the public with very limited exceptions. Please see the Information for Public page at the Courts of Maryland website: https://www.courts.state.md.us/coronavirusinformationforpublic Our attorneys are trained at out-of-court dispute resolution, including mediation, collaborative law, and settlement negotiation. While the Courts are closed, we are still fighting for you utilizing our skills and experience in these alternative dispute resolution methods.

While our physical office is closed, we are here to connect with you from our home offices through Zoom, Skype, or conference call. Our Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) services are in full swing in which we are utilizing the latest technology in videoconferencing.
